Once products are purchased, an invoice will be emailed to the purchaser as a receipt of payment.

Once all monies have been received, Mykos will dispatch all goods to applicable recipients. All goods remain the property of Mykos until full monies have been received.

Personal Information Security

In order to purchase from Mykos, the customer is required to create an account before any purchase. Mykos requires personal data such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses for the purpose of fulfilling orders and services (for both purchasers & recipients). This information may be disclosed to third party providers for the purpose of fulfilling these orders and obligations.

For Example: A recipient’s address (home or work) and contact details will be provided to a courier company in order to deliver goods.

Mykos does not require credit card details as all online payments are made through Paypal. Please refer to Paypal’s website for their terms and conditions and security practices.

To enhance your shopping experience, all customer data is kept within Mykos’ database. This will not be used or sold for any other purposes other than to provide you with updated information, newsletters and current Mykos specials. Email addresses may be disclosed to third party providers for the purpose of bulk distribution of these newsletters, specials & updated information.

In the event that a password is forgotten or lost, we may provide details to customer support in order to recover the information required.

Website usage information may be collected for the sole use of collecting data regarding website management & to gauge online traffic.

Replacement & Substitution

Mykos will endeavour to stock all advertised products, however due to high demand, sometimes some items maybe unavailable at time of your order. Mykos reserves the right to replace and substitute any products at the equal or higher value of the original item of similar quality.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and paid, no cancellations are permitted.

Exchange/Refund

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind once order has been processed and paid.

Baby Clothes/Shoes & Sizing

All baby clothes and baby shoes are based on a standard size. Sizing information regarding each garment/shoe is listed on “Additional Information” on each applicable product.

Please be aware that sizes will vary according to child’s weight, height and foot size. Once ordered and paid, no refund or exchange will be given to wrongly chosen clothing or shoe sizes. Any additional queries can be emailed to info@mykos.com.au.

Damaged Goods

In the event delivered goods are damaged or faulty, please inform us by phone or email within 24 hours of delivery. Once returned for assessment, it will be at our discretion to replace goods if they have been deemed faulty or damaged. The redelivery charge of the goods will be decided once the assessment has been made.

Returned gifts will only be accepted in its original packaging. The time frame for the return of goods will be discussed and agreed with both parties. Other products and items within the same original Mykos gift box that have been used or removed will not be refunded.
